I made a card too but its OBVIOUSLY not for me....

I used my button set again...eeeek, I think this is one of my FAVS!!!
I also used the 2S4U sketch for this week...wow ...it was a tough one.

Hey there!!!

These cards are my project for the final week in the CHF contest.

This week was to do a one sheet wonder.

I have never done that before but had a great time doing it.

I stamped the open plaid backgrounder over a full sheet then cut it up into 4- 4x4 mats. I used the scraps upside down to stamp the nest on.I accented the background paper with a copic to match.

Now I have a few baby cards in my stash..whoot whoot!

I took a few minutes on the weekend to do the Use it challenge and also the Pile it on challenge.

Pile it on challenged us to use orange..uh..ok..no problem

Use it challenged us to use monochromatic colours, your favorite stamps, a tag or a label and a layered flower...my tag is the paper whimsy from Sassafras

I actually love this card..its bright but I love it...

This was a quick card I made for the Moxie Fab challenge its all green to me.

I used Paint Chips and Recycled fabric on the card. I added a bit of patterned paper too.

I gotta say this stuff is gorgeous.

I tend to hoard those lovely shaped cardstock sheets so my challenge was to USE THEM...gasp..I know.

Use it challenged us to Use some texture-ric rac, Your Fav paper manufacturer- October Afternoon, 2 punches- Stampin up slit and fiskars scallop and pearls.

I heat embossed my fav Bella sentiment with American Crafts Zing embossing powder..this stuff ROCKS!!

Pile it on required you to use 3 different embellishments on a card..ok no problem there LOL. I used ribbon, stickles, punches, rub-ons and a pin.

Quickie post, this is a card that combines this week's Use it and Card Patterns challenges.

Use it's challenge was to use your newest paper- basic grey, a name, at least one button and sewing- I cheated and drew stitches on the wee monter's shoes..lol.

The monster and speech bubble was cut using my SLICE..I just love that thing.

July DT Sneak and a card challenge

Hi, I'm back...

I survived my weekend..way tired....

Anyhoo, this layout is my sneak for the DT from the Scrapping turtle, I got Mango Luau from Bo Bunny..GORGEOUS!!!

This is my card from Last week's challenge, it was to use something you wouldnt normally put on a card....you all know there isn't much I wouldn't put on a card so I used a sucker!!!

Hopefully I will get back in the swing of things...2 days without my scrappy goodies was HARD!!!

I'm off to Windsor for a wedding this weekend, hope the weather is better there. Its been a monsoon here for a week...ack!

This week's Challenge was Dee's pick.

I don't know but when she picked the colours I totally had a WTF moment!!!!I think my eyes literally bugged outta my head!!!

I am pleasantly surprised by the results, they are actually awesome together!!
