Hey y'all!

Thought I'd post a little journal I made

I'm always looking for a place to jot down my sketches so I picked up a moleskine cahier.

I stamped flower garden on some vintage bookprint, coloured with prismas and then smooshed some shimmerz on top for sparkle-

I went kinda messy cause I like it that way

I thought I's sneak in another Christmas card

I used a memory box sticky rubon thing that I embossed with Zing and added some bella baubles as the berries.

I opted for a non traditional background.

I cut this cute polaroid image with the zoobaloo cartridge,

I just added some glitter and mounted in in a greay polka dot paper- kinds love the non traditional colours

tag swap

This week we had our annual tag swap

I SO look forward to a fantastic night with all my crafty friends.

Here's mine for this year

I made some tags out of Basic grey fabric, cut a wreath with my cricut, added some holly berries and glitter and jillibean numbers.

This year we has 17 ladies participate- some new and some regulars

All the projects were fantastic and so different. I never give away my tags because I love them too much!!

I saw the Sunday sketch over on the Studio Calico Blog and thought I'd give it a whirl!

I dug into my kit stash and came up with this card

I made an easle card...hmmmph

there is a story behind this one, the bella babes issued a challenge, I worked ahead, then they changed it...lmfao

I am NOT a fan of these but whatevs..its done

I used rose with a hearty centre and stamped it multiple times on patterned paper to layer the flower-

I crinkled it all up cause I didn't like it flat...hahahaha

rustic burlap tree

hey y'all!!

I'm feeling a little festive so I thought I'd post a project.

I saw this is an issue of Sommerset and LOVED it!!

I just ripped up cardboardand paper then frayed some burlap

slapped on some paint and glitter-

I used a spool for the trunk- easy peasy

Bellarific Friday Christmas woodgrain?????

So...

I was feeling a little non traditional when I did this card

Our theme was Christmas or Holiday this week

I stamped and pieced artsy house on top of a misted kraft base that I embossed with embossing creme and thewoodgrain template.

I added a bit of snow and some tranceparency snowflakes, a wood button and some twine.

Well play along and email your creations to the bella herself- there is always bella bucks for brags.

Next week's theme is ALL WHITE..now isnt that interesting???

I was a bit stressed..Im all like wtf how do I don't have a ponsettia stamp, or paper, or anything....

Well Homesence to the rescue, I was wandering and saw a wee package of Dear Lizzy Christmas and guess what...yeah- a Poinsetta was front and centre..and $1.99 shuuuut up, right....

So glad I found these-

there are actually a ton of super cute 3d embellies!

I added some stamped snowflakes and Studio Calico shine..I think I'm addicted to that stuff-for real!
