This theme was "Italian Wedding Soup" very appropriate seeing as though I married an Italian!!
I saw the painted frame technique in a magazine but I honestly have no idea which one....my magazine collection is a little overwhelming.

ok well it turns out there is nothing--including layouts--that you can call "italian wedding soup" that i would NOT ENJOY!!! a point amply proven by this awesome page! (i LOOOOOOOOVE the sentiment...not to mention THAT PHOTO!)
