Our gorgeous weather was short lived, rainy and crappy today.

I picked up some new Pink Paislee paper and just HAD to use it!!! How flippin gorgeous is this paper???

I immediately thought butterflies when I saw this sketch, not sure why...LOL. I cut them with my SLICE!!!

Its Good Friday....extra Long weekend...SWEET!! I also get Monday off....squeals!!

Here is my take on this weeks Loonie Challenge. It was Dee's pick, the colours were great and we had to incorporate lace of some kind.

I had no actual lace trim...do you friggin believe it????? In my massive stash of ribbon...no LACE ...oh well I did have this delicious Making Memories trim though!!!!

Anyhooo. enough babbling, this is my take on this week's Use It challenge.

It was to use up a Die Cut, some OLD paper, an Old technique and an item you got on sale recently...... whew that was exhausting (but fun)

Ok so I've had this Wild Asparagus paper for ages, I purge my stash every 6 months but could never part with this, The die cut has been around for about a year, The hearts were heat embossed(old technique) and the sale was the ribbon from Michaels- $1.50 SCORE!!! I love American Crafts ribbon.
