Its Monday...time for trick or treating!!

Just posting a card I made over the weekend.

I stamped the I am script in versamark champage to make a slight background, then I used a resin bird I made and some ribbon.

I decided to use this weeksCASual fridays sketch -just because it was GORJ!!

I did some sewing this past week and FINALLY finished this bag for my girl CMAC!!

I used some Art Gallery fabrics and the Lola goes Shopping pattern (love that name)

a reindeer tag-ornamenty thing.....

just popping in with a little somethin' I made last weekend.

I used a Maya Road Flower bottle cap and made this little tag-ornamenty thing. I used reindeer circle from Bella which fit perfect!

Im making some wee pin cushions with these things too.

ITS BELLARIFIC FRIDAY!!!!

This week's challenge was stripes

I decided to do some stripes with paper and stitching




I used hearty cupcake ans a sentiment. I coloured the stamp up with prismas and layered some Mr Hueys on a doily.

Next week its all about the snow...use snow on your card.

Freckles........

Well I had a BLAST at the 2Friends retreat this past weekend

I did some serious scrapping and card making with some super fun girls

Heres layout I did with one of Lola's famous self portraits..

I love her freckes

so I cropped the picture .....

and then this happened......

I looked down and found the rest of the photo

and ofcourse I glued it too my face....

LSC red and green

Well Ho Ho Ho!!

I was feeling very festive with this challenge of red and green- I made a Christmas card!!

I used a mish mash of stuff here, some PTI papers, Doodlebug ric rac stickers, Making memories chipboard, and

my cricut...lol!!

I love the skinny sentiment- it says joy but joy it was NOT to peel off the cricut mat..jeeeebus!

LRW Fall

TGIW???

Two more sleeps till my scrappy weekend!

This week's challenge was a fall theme..awesome-fall is my FAV season!

So, I went waaaay out of the box on this one.

I used a crafters workshop template with some embossing creme to make the background paper.

I gotta tell ya- this stuff is seriously cool-

you just trowel it on and heat it with your heat gun

Then I misted with a few different colours, sewed up a tag and cut a few leaves with my slice.

teeny clipboard tag

So,

Dee and I went shopping 2 weeks ago and hit a few craft stores

I got a few of these little 3x2.5 clipboards..how CUTE are they

well I thought they'd make amazing gift tags...so I made one.

I used some pebbles stuff from my Studio Calico kit

I kinda wish I got more of these..lol

Guesting with Two Friends

Hey there!!

I hung up my DT hat with Two Scrapbook Friends about a year ago, I decided I needed a break for a while.

the "friends" contacted me and asked if I wanted to Guest this month..I said HELLS YES

I got Jillibean sweet and sour soup to play with..

( I dont know what it is about the name but I always want to say hot and bothered)

I knew this line would rock with the MFT stamps and dies

so here's a card I did using jillibean and MFT

and an altered notebook

and a couple layouts

this whole guest thing was awesome because I actually got to scrapbook...FUN!!

bitty birdcage

So...

yesterday was a crappy day weather-wise, Lola and I set ourselves to craft some stuff.

She wanted to do something with the birdcages that I got at Michaels like a year+ ago.

This was actually green but all faded from the sun..

I gave it a quick coat with ivory krylon

While the paint was drying- Lola picked a birdie shape from Cricut and we assembled it. I added some stickles because my girl loooves her some glitter.

Its now hanging in her window
