Happy Monday..

its sure feeling alot like Fall today...last day of August here in Ontario, I won't be surprised if we start seeing snow in a month..gasp!

I have been meaning to use these adorable cards from October Afternoon for a while but..they got lost in my ever increasing stash..ooops....

Yes, I have NO self control when it comes to scrapping stuff.

I thought the card was perfect for this weeks card patterns sketch.

Blog Hop Amazing Grace

It's that time again....

This month's challenge was all about FALL.

I love fall, its my favorite season, it always seems so short here in Ontario.

I decided to take colours as my inspiration for this card.

I used Text Style in the background with Versamark dazzle...you cant really see the subtle sparkle in the photo though, and inked up out on a limb...such a pretty set.

This card was made for a friend who has had some health issues lately..hope she likes it!

Its Linda Heavens !!!

Dee Avril and I had the best time EVAH on Saturday at Stamping Bella.

We took Linda's copic class and it was FANTASTIC!!!

If you have been under a rock and never been to Linda's blog..run, do not pass go, and do not collect $200.

She is a magician with copics.I learned so much I thought my head was gonna explode!!!!

Scrapping turtle August Reveal

I actually like what I did one I came up with something..I was gonna do embossed and painted foil..kinda like a tin ceiling but ended up with this one instead.

Card Patterns #28 BOO!

I decided to do card Patterns #28 this week, I loved the sketch.

I inked up my new Stamping Bella stamps-aren't these guys just adorable?? They co-ordinated with this awesome MME paper I got from my friend Jac.

I guess its never too soon to start with Holiday cards huh???

Hello There...

I am just chillin here in Virginia Beach...I am actually hiding from the heat!!!


I am so not used to this heat..us Canadians don't get this kind of heat EVER...Its awesome though. We hung out on the beach and boardwalk all day and I'm not even that crispy.

This was a card I made last week, I got a bunch of new Bella stamps and Loved this one.

Well I'm off to the balcony to enjoy another cocktail...LOL

I'm officially off for a week of Holidays..Whoot!!

We are heading to Cincinnati, Virginia Beach, Tennessee, and then back to Youngstown Ohio...so excited!
I figured since summer hasn't found us yet...I will go find summer!!!

This is my August sneak peek for the Turtle. I got to work with October Afternoon Road map and FINALLY got to scrapping some photos from our Quebec City trip last October!!

No..Your eyes do not deceive you...this is in fact a DOUBLE!!

Its really hard to see the photo of all the stairs but there are 487 and yes we hiked them..hungover...bad idea!!

I took some time last night to do the Use it challenge since I missed last weeks...gasp!
