shadow box...ing

Hey all!!

Just wanted to share something cool I made this past weekend. This fits in with the MOXIE FAB challenge but it was not made for that...LOL

My friend at work is renovating a 150 year old farm house.

This wallpaper is what was on the walls, she thinks its the original...way cool huh.

She was able to salvage a piece and some really cool square nails, she asked me to make something with them...uh...okie dokie...

This is what i came up with. I found this nice shadow box with a really "FUGLY" print. I dissected it and mounted the wallpaper to the print.

I found some really cool dried grassy stuff which matched PERFECT.
I added a nice big prima and a small jar for the nails.

My friend LOOOOVED it.

What an awesome project. Love idea of showcasing the original. I don't know if I enjoyed the entire post or just the fact that you used 'FUGLY' IN THE POST :) Made me smile!
