Oh How I love Taylor's sketches!!!

I didn't use cupcake but I did use something along the same theme. I broke out yet another awesome stamp from my Unity KOTM. I coloured it with copics and accented with Crystal Effects-photo did not pick that up...oh well.

Other Accessories: Fancy Pants stick pins, Doodlebug buttons, Making memories jewel brads, Primas, Spellbinders Lady Buckles, and this super cute stretchy gingham ribbon I got at 2 Friends. I even doodles some crystal stickes over the flourishes on the paper. A girl can never have enough glitter!!

A Picnic Unity Style

Just got my Unity KOTM the other day and felt the nagging urge to ink it !!





I was rummaging through the MASSIVE pile of papers and came across this Stampin Up paper- I think its called Picnic or summer something...... who knows but it is cute as hell!!

I also got my new PTI and needed to play- the new Pure Poppy is stunning don't you think!

Its that time, I love these challenges and how GORGEOUS are these colors????




I decided to go bold for a focal point this time. I did not have pink pirouette so I used a scrap of something else that looked like a close match- I gotta get me those new In Colours--like FAST.

BLOG HOP CD cases

Its Blog Hop Time Again!!

I almost didn't make it this time.....just got back from vacation and super tired BUT I haven't missed one yet so why start now right.

I thought that the CD cases would be a great place for a small group of cards to give as a gift. I know I am always wishing I had baby cards just laying around all ready to go so I decided that I would make a package to give away containing baby cards.

I made 2 of each design but they barely fit in the cd case- too much ribbon...lol, next time I'll have to put the cards on a diet!!

The first card features the bitty baby papers and birds of a feather, the second features birds of a feather and polka dot basics

Time again for our Loonie Stampers Challenge!! I pre-scheduled this post as I will be away relaxing .....(drinking) .....in Sage Lake Michigan with family and friends.

Can you believe that we are at #5 already?? I think we are going to start doing this weekly once everyone is back from holidays etc.....

This week it was Char's pick and I must say I do really like these colours together. I decided to use on of my badly neglected Papertrey Stamps- Beautiful Blooms- I don't know why I just don't use this one much- especially these particular flowers in the set but...I did today.

All products are Papertrey with the exception of the dew drops!

Another bright one...hahah I am on a roll with bold colours lately.


I just got my Unity stamps and needed to ink them and practice my Copic colouring, I am getting better and they are not as difficult to use as I thought!!

This was a super simple card but I am happy with it.

some random cuteness

Here are some photos from last weekend, I have photographed any craft stuff in a couple days so I thought I'd just post these!! I am busy preparing for my holidays next week- can't wait!!


The top photo is my Lola making her best attempt at a scary face- she was growling at the time.
These little darlings are Dash and Petunia- these are my Mom's miniature Donkey's and they are just over a year old and full grown- they are so stinking cute and Lola just loves them!!!
This gorgeous lady is Cici- this is Lola's horse, she is a Paint and is just over a year old as well. She has stunning blue eyes but I did not get a very good photo cause she moves so darn fast.

I have lots more to post seeing that my Mom has a zoo at her house...haha she also has 5 more full size horses and a Miniature horse too ..eck, I know that is a alot of horses!!!

Thinking of You

This is a card I made for my good friend Cindy. Her beautiful 2 year old daughter is having another open heart surgery on August 21.

I know a card is not comfort enough for all the worried that they have been through and are still going through but this is one way I can express my feelings. Well now that I am crying, I'll just cut to the details.

I wanted something Bold and I remembered a sketch in my PaperCrafts mag so I went with that!!! I am soooo happy with this card.

I thought the Chatterbox Eclectique papers matched the carpet just perfect so that was my focal point
