Thought I would play along with

Im actually having alot of fun with my Distress markers

 

I kinda scribbled with some blues and blended, and blobbed etc ect and ended up with this background

 

then I coloured the main image with pink and orange

 

can you believe this gorj stamp had never seen ink...

I decided to use my distress markers for some watercolour fun

 

I went with flower garden, just love this stamp

I'm up this week over on Little Red Wagon

 

I love text paper so thats what I chose as our challenge

 

I used some vintage book paper and stamped on it..

I accented with a bit of pencils and added a glittered frame and

 some mistable feathers

I got these teenie tiny 2.5 square candy bars of Cosmo Cricket

Odds and Ends fabric and really didnt know what to do with them..

 

I bought them cause they were cute

 

they are no longer cute!!!

 

I've made 18 of these 9 patches

 

you do the math.....

 

I'M gonna do some solids in the same size as the 9 patch

 

I'm thinking that 2.5 sqaure are not the best for this kind of quilt...friggin PAINFUL

dare to dream

I got in some crafty time this weekend

 

I wanted to play with some challenges 

 

 

 

I decided to start with casual fridays round of applause challenge

 

you had to incorporate a circle and an accomplishment

 

well I figured dare to dream pretty much goes with any accomplishment!

 

I used paint brush ends dipped in paint for the circles, and the spool end button is round too..LOL

 

This was a fun one..got me thinking!
