I used a real mix of stuff but the funny thing was that it was all sitting on my desk..haha

I'm not sure if its collage-y but I kinda love this card

I used the gingham backgrounds and some flower dies and I misted a doily black

Our challenge from Bella land was blue yellow and black

I have alwayas thought the blooms from mixed media flowers looked like a sun so I masked off most of it and used it as a sun this time.

I clear embossed love notes background and used some mists

Just posting a layout I did this past weekend to play along with the splatter technique challenge over at Moxie Fab world!

This is my Mom's Gypsy mare Naoise (Neesha) and she is just the most gorgeous horse and such a sweetie!

I used some New October Afternoon 9-5 on this and some OA sprinklers for the splatter..

I am IN LUUUURVE with these..

(now if they weren'y on backorder everywhere I would be extra happy!!)

I love the bold colours and the opacity..

I mean come on look how awesome they are on black!!

I did a bit of crafting friday night and was determined to use some stuff that was neglected

First on the docket was the layered flower dies from PTI..

Never used them...shaaaame!!

I decided that this card fit with the CASual Fridays punchy challenge.

Basically I cut a few layers out with patterned paper and then cut them in quarters.

Makes a sad little flower huh...

we were asked to make our own background

I used my new Studio Clico chevron mask and sponged

it with some grey paint.

I heat embossed the sentiment with zing and coloured some

veneer stars with some mist

I have to admit the colours kinda threw me but I was determined to make it work (love Tim Gunn) ha!

I used a rubon from michaels and coloured it with some soufle markers-remember those....

I used some pink paislee diecuts and I cut out the sentiment from paper,

a studio calico veneer bird and I am script from Stamping Bella.

I accented with some October Afternoon sprinklers, LOOOOVE.

This goes right along with the spatter technique challenge going on over at Moxie Fab World!

sweeeeeeet I say!

I was not in the card mood so I opted for a frame instead

I used Em's mixed media flowers and machine stitched a

bunch of random colours around the stamped lines.

I have a super easy one for y'all today!

I decided to play along with the CASUAL FRIDAYS challenge this week which was flowers or trees.

I got this adorable memory box die at scrapfest and was itching to use it.

I replaced the house with a studio calico wood house, white embossing sentiment, a bit of stitching and sponged some white ink for the sky

Probably the easiest card ever!!
