anyhoo... I made this necklace for a friend who had some surgery and was feeling pretty YUCK

 

she's all nature and crunchy granola so I thought the natural coulours and the feather was right up her ally

TAGS!!

This week at LRW was all about Holiday tags!!

 

I had the honor of participating in Roseanne's tag swap again this year!!

 

Had a great time with 18 lovely crafty ladies!!

 

Here's my tag

I used a lagre maya road bottle cap,

layered some paper with nesties

bleached a bottle tree, added gesso, paint

and a pile of different glitter

 

let me say 18 was ALOT of work!!

so fun though

I used some glitter green paper with my Papertrey tree die

 

I embellished with pink tinsel and some pearls

 

I saw this idea somewhere but NO idea where..LOL

I was needing a break from Christmas stuff

so I decided on a bella card!

 

I used some 5th and frolic papers with happy silhouettes

and a sentiment from Lolly and her brolly

 

love these silhouette girls..so versatile!

a bunch of bitty bags....

say that 13 times fast..

yep thats how many I made

 

jeeebus!!

these were actually pretty quick and easy and they used about a fat quarter of fabric-plus the lining and strap

 

I didn't have a pattern-just "winged" it

they end up about 8x11

 

these were an order for a girl's birthay party as a giveaway bag

cuuute huh

On a recent trip to Buffalo stamps I picked up this amazing cascading snow folder so I had to use it for this card!!
