something new

hey!!

This week at Crazy Card party we were asked to use something new!

Well I have a huge stash of new stuff that I hadn't touched yet so...

 I decided to do a layout! (thats new too hahaha)

I used some Crate for this layout..

I love this line so much so it was great I actually used it instead of hoarding it!

I thought this line went well with this pic of Lola and Diamond

this week I want to see a celebration card!!

one of the Party'ers gave me these glittered hearts a while back so I decided this was a perfect project to use them!!

well this week at Crazy Card party is all about tags!!

we participated in out annual tags swap recently

here's the tag I made

I used a pre

made mini chalkboard then I heat embossed the sentiment

here are a couple other tags I made this season 

these are for a local store

just basic messy quilted tags..LOL

This week at crazy card party we are working on non traditional Christmas colours!!

This is a card i made a while back at a weekend getaway with my girls

It was super fun to borrow other people's things..LOL

I think the only thing that was mine was the paper and cardstock..

Yep that its that's all..no green or red anywhere to be seen!!

I decided to play along with the

  12 tags of Christmas with a feminine twist challenge

I was inspired by Julie's tag

I loved the watercolor effect and I love that laurel wreath die!!

I heat embossed the laurel wreath with WOW ultra high gold embossing powder

I love the effect of this powder!!

I used a faint watercolour effect in my background ..

I love aqua and gold together!

Sharon asked us to use snow

I used a snow patterned paper,

 a snow white tree,

a snow drift...

with a kid sledding...on the snow
