gold leaf canvas DIY

happy Sunday!!

I was feeling a little artsy this weekend

I was Browsing Pinterest and came across some amazing art canvas inspiration

I decided to dive in and make my own

I thought I'd try some gold leaf --very cool.

I used acrylic paint with some heavy gel for texture which the pic didn't really pic up 

I wanted to use oils but I have like ZERO patience to wait for it to dry..LOL 

there it is all hung up above my bed

It was SOOOO fun..maybe I'll do another!!
