Jane cardset

So I had a request for some Jane girl cards

I decided to give my distress markers a try...

I went with little birdie Jane

and some PTI text paper and ribbon

I do like the markers but I love my pencils more..LOL

Its Sunday....weekends just go so fast don't they?

anyhoo,

I was in Strathroy visiting my mom in her new house and stopped into up the street scrapbooking

coolest store with all kind of antiques and unique items

I couldn't resist that stamp..I mean really....how friggin cute?

well thats it...off to a 90th birthday...

so....

I was aksed if I could make one of these Melissa Frances bags

I didn't have a pattern but I figured it looked simple enough right

I dusted off my rufler foot and went to town

Easy Peasy...I made this one pretty big at 18x18

 

I used a tiny brown dot and some left over Moda Giddy fabric

I actually love this bag..Im keeping it..bwahahahaha

this week is Bella land we had a sketch

I decided to use thinking birds on a canvas ATC card

I added some stitching and tulle

next week its a SUMMERTIME theme...

 a while back

let me say that the dress is GORJ but certainly not a cheap project...

LOL

it was literally 3+ yards of fabric including the lining..jeeebus!

 this week at LRW we were asked to use chevrons

I decided to use some simple stories paper with chevrons

I added some burlap ribbon and a sentiment

well I've done a bit of sewing over the past few weeks

a friend of mine opened the most amazingly unique store and I have some things of mine for sale there

she asked for some table runners so I made a few that were quilted

here's one that I made using some 3 sisters fabrics

I was supposed to be packing up for a crop but I couldn't resisi this week's casual fridays challenge.

Use a black base..okay!!!

I clear embossed  bella's script background then added a chipboard focal point and some pearls.

Doesn't get more simple than that

Lola is totally wiped when I pick her up from day camp,

and all she wants to do it sit in the air conditioning

she loves colouring Bellas, so while she did hers...I did one too

I coloured up Lolly and her Brolly, have to admit, I dont think

I've used this one before...shame
