This card combines alot of my favorites right now, lined paper, October Afternoon stamps and paper- ah...what could better.There was a challenge up on the Turtle forum from my fellow DT member Lisa- to use "forms" or something along that line so I started from there. I thought lined paper...school, a congratulations card..yeehaw!
